TRU ROLL™
Nine styles of TRU ROLL Track provide for every application of legitimate
stages, movie theatres, performing arts centers, educational auditoriums,
and other places of assembly.
Operating pulleys
for all rigged systems consist of mold-formed Nylon 6/6 wheels, integrally
molded to a ball-bearing hub and mounted on a steel axle. Track carriers
for heavy duty systems can be supplied with neoprene-tired wheels (for
loads up to 25 lbs./carrier) or with ball-bearing nylon-tired wheels (for
loads up to 50 lbs./carrier). Both styles incorporate a fin-guided molded
nylon body with rubber bumper. Carriers for No. 1000 track may be standard
or rear fold (back packing). Carriers for medium duty tracks are fabricated
using nylon wheels and feature a one-piece nylon body with integral nylon
bumper. Master carriers for all tracks are 4-wheel truck construction,
joined by a metal body unit.

1000 & 1200 STRAIGHT TRACKS
No. 1000 and
No. 1200 straight tracks are available in motorized, cord operated,
or walk along formats. These tracks have an exclusive drop flange
construction coupled with a fin guided carrier design to insure
quiet, non-fouling and automatically aligning operation. Both tracks
may be rigged as bi-parting, lap, or one-way draw.
No.
1000 Heavy Duty Straight Track systems can also be purchased for
Rear Fold or backpacking operation. These systems come with a 8010RF
carrier and rear folding bumper which permit the curtain to fold
a the offstage edges. Other components have been modified and should
be ordered from the Rear Fold component list.
Further
modifications include an 8” Nylatron Sheave inserted in the
headblocks and tailblocks for No. 1000 Track and can be purchased
in both standard or rear fold style. These are recommended if ½”
operating rope is required for manual operation.

2000 & 2200 TRUSS TRACKS
No. 2000 and No. 2200 tracks are available in straight,
curved, or serpentine sections. Both tracks can be supplied for
motorized operation. Originally developed to satisfy the requirements
of "Cinerama" in the 1950's, these tracks are renowned
for providing years of trouble free operation. The parallel strongback
truss construction and aluminum intermediate supports result in
an exceptionally strong and durable assembly. Radii can be as small
as 20" (508mm) on the curved sections of these tracks.

2300 & 2500 CYCLORAMA TRACKS
No.
2300 and No. 2500 Cyclorama tracks,
have been a proven choice in auditoriums, television and movie studio
applications since 1960. Designed for walk along operation, they
can be supplied in straight, curved, or serpentine sections. No.
2500 is available in single, double and triple-track construction,
while the No. 2300 can be fabricated in single or double track configurations.
A variety of track switching mechanisms are available to suit specific
needs. No. 2300 and No. 2500 may be rolled to radii as small as
12" (305mm) and 24" (610mm) respectively. Heavy wall tubing
can be substituted on either track for applications requiring extra
wide supports or heavy loads. The open rail construction makes for
simple maintenance and easy carrier replacement.

2900 LIFT CURTAIN RIGGING
The No. 2900
lift curtain rigging is designed for Braille, Contour and Austrian
Puff curtains. The system incorporates independent lifting cables
to uniformly raise or "sculpt" a drapery to a desired
position. Support system may be rigged with a hand winch, locking
gear box with removable drill motor, or fully-motorized operation.

2250M LIGHT DUTY
CHANNEL TRACK
No. 2250 track
is ideal for light weight applications such as divider curtains
for nurses stations and hospital beds. The track may also be used
as a way to support ceiling mounted short border curtains. The track
is capable of either traveller or drag-line operation. This small
profile aluminum channel track easily mounts flush to ceilings from
pendants. 45 and 90 degree pre-formed bends are available to mate
with straight sections of any length.

No. 2300M track
may be conveniently shaped on site to custom curves. This light
duty track is designed for surface mounting on a solid backing.
The track will accommodate either traveller or drag-line operation.
